Hello World!  Hello fellow mead drinkers, mead makers, and general enthusiasts alike!

For over a year now I have dabbled with mead making at home.  To keep the budget under control these batches are kept to one gallon jugs.  Experimenting is quick, easy, and fun.

Together my wife and I have made hard apple cider, lemon strawberry mead, lemon cherry mead, wildflower maple mead, and a buckwheat cherry mead.
